How do I place an order?
You can shop our website 24/7! If you have trouble ordering, simply email us at email@example.com or call 601.910.7008 (during business hours) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I pay?
We have two ways to pay via credit card:
A secure credit card processor that is part of the James & Leigh checkout. This processor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
PayPal: PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You do not have to have a PayPal account to have your payment processed through PayPal.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you live in Mississippi, your purchase will include 7% Mississippi sales tax.
If I choose pick up in store, how do I pick up my order?
Store pick up orders will be processed within one business day. You may pick up your order starting the next business day (including Saturdays). If you need it sooner, give us a call at 601.910.7008.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code on the checkout screen where it asks for a "discount code." You can only enter one coupon code per transaction.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which includes tracking information for your package. We ship all packages via USPS.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order ONLY if is has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to modify or cancel any order.
Can I return an item?
Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
