WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All unaltered and unworn clothing with original tags can be returned for a store credit within 21 days of the date of sale. 

All shoes and handbags can be returned for a store credit within 21 days of the receipt of purchase. Shoes must be unworn and must be returned in their original box. Handbags must have all the original tags and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, you must email us within 3 days of arrival to you to report the damgage. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL SALE SECTION ITEMS, BASICS, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, GIFT CARDS AND GIFT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. All returned merchandise must have the original tags attached.  

To initiate a return, please email hello@shopjamesandleigh.com within 21 days of the receipt of your purchase to let us know you'll be sending back your item(s). Fill out the Return Form (on the back of your purchase invoice) and include it with your returned items. Items returned without a completed return form will be sent back. 

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

We recommend that you insure and obtain tracking information for your return items. James & Leigh is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process.

James & Leigh will process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving the return items. Once we process your return, we will email you a code to apply the credit to your next order. Return credit will not be applied for returns without a return form.

*Store credit can not be used on shipping costs. Store credit can be used in store or online.
